About the Role:

The AI Associate Consultant - Platform Delivery will join the Beyond Healthcare Analytics (BHCA) team at ZS, engaging with clients across industries such as quick service restaurants, technology, hospitality, travel, insurance, and consumer products. The role is centered on deploying AI-based SaaS products and advanced analytics solutions at scale to solve critical business challenges.

This consultant will design, develop, and execute high-impact analytics solutions on large, complex datasets. Responsibilities span deep technical analytics, client engagement, problem-solving, scalable solution development, and team leadership. The role requires translating technical solutions into business impact, mentoring junior team members, and collaborating in cross-functional environments.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and implement advanced algorithms to solve complex business problems efficiently using tools like PySpark, Python, and SQL in cloud environments.
• Execute statistical and data modeling techniques (e.g., hypothesis testing, A/B testing, marketing impact analytics) on large datasets and ensure scalable and operational implementations.
• Evaluate emerging datasets, technologies, Generative AI capabilities, and SaaS products for integration into analytics platforms.
• Engage in problem-solving and client interaction to identify business priorities, develop product use cases, and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Frontend and Backend Engineering, Data Science, and ML Engineering, to deliver holistic solutions.
• Build storyboards and presentations to communicate solution impacts to clients and leadership.
• Develop standardized quality checks and ensure high-quality client deliverables.
• Mentor associates and promote best practices across the team.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related technical discipline from a premier institute, with strong academic performance and quantitative coursework.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in B2C or product companies focusing on data and decision sciences, data engineering, stakeholder management, and scalable processes.
• Strong programming skills in Python, PySpark, and SQL.
• Expertise in machine learning, regression, clustering, and classification models, ideally in a product environment.
• Knowledge of big data and advanced analytics concepts and algorithms, including social listening, recommender systems, and predictive modeling.
• Ability to develop algorithms and methodologies from scratch rather than only executing pre-existing processes.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to present complex findings effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive mindset focused on delivering value.
• Capability to coach and mentor junior team members to promote learning and expertise development.
• High motivation, good work ethic, and maturity.
